Resort & Hospitality Experiences

I bring sound healing and yoga to hotels, resorts and retreats worldwide.

Why book Sarah for your wellness programming

I’ve collaborated with Hilton Bournemouth to launch their floating sound baths from the ground up, which is now a monthly fixture for their guests that sells out each month. I've also been booked to teach yoga on retreats as far as the Maldives, at a private eco-resort on a remote island, working with international guests across a full programme.

About The Maldives

I was brought in by a retreat leader to teach yoga at Ecoboo, the only fully sustainable, ecological resort in the Maldives – a small, 40-room retreat with a Balinese feel, built entirely from wood on its own local island.

Mornings began on a shala right on the beach, where I moved the guests through Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra, built around breathwork and the body's energy centres.

On one evening I led a fire ceremony on a tiny, uninhabited island nearby – twenty guests, mostly honeymooners, gathered as the stakes were lit in complete darkness, together we all took a moment to mark how rare it is to experience something like that.

What I provide

Every session is built around your guests and your space – sound bath, gong, crystal bowls, yoga, or a blend, indoors or out. I bring all instruments myself and handle full setup and pack-down, so there's minimal input needed on your team.

How it works

After reaching out, I’ll give you a price on application, based on group size, format and travel. I work internationally so get in touch with your dates, guest numbers and what you have in mind, and I'll put together a proposal for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Recent feedback from a Maldives retreat guest:

“Going to the Maldives in a small accompanied group was my gift to myself for my 60th.

Sarah taught us yoga daily early in the morning before the heat of the sun kicked in. Practicing slow, gentle but strengthening and chakra opening yoga in a covered space open to the sea and the hotel gardens was an absolute treat.

I've been practicing yoga for 35 years and have had many different teachers in different countries. Sarah is a very good teacher with attention to detail so that there's no danger of aggravating any injuries.

Most of all Sarah is a yoga teacher who is in tune with the connection of body, mind and breath. Practicing yoga under Sarah's tuition leaves my body and mind relaxed and clear.

I've loved her Astanga, Yin and Hatha classes and am super happy that Sarah was our Maldives Yoga teacher.”
