Join us on Saturday 30th May at 10am until 5pm at Happy River Retreat
What if pain isn't just coming from your body. but from how the brain interprets signals?
Modern neuroscience shows that pain is ar output of the brain, influenced by past experiences, stress, emotions, and nervous system patterns
Yoga philosophy has long pointed toward the same idea.
"Heyam duhkham anāgatam” - the suffering that has not yet come can be avoided.
In this immersive workshop we explore how movement, awareness, and sound can help retrain the nervous system and change our relationship with pain.
Together we will explore; gentle yoga to release physical tension Insights from neuroscience about how pain works, deep relaxation through gong and sound therapy, tools for meeting both physical and emotional pain with awareness, a space to listen, soften, and reframe pain at its source.
The day includes Sauna with cold plunge/ jungle shower, vegan lunch and Sound bath.
